✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchange

  • Size or design exchange is allowed (subject to stock availability).

  • Customer will bear the return shipping cost; reshipping will be standerd shiping charges.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Customized or clearance items

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (COD orders are not refunded in cash).

📦 Open Parcel Policy

  • If you open the parcel and find a defect or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos/video proof.

  • Claims without proof may not be accepted.
